•Analysis of specification •Measurement of reference garments •Creating first pattern on card or CAD •Record feedback from sample machinist •Adjust pattern by manipulation •Creation of size chart and Digitizing •Create pattern from specifications or sample garment in men’s tailored garments (Jackets, Trousers, waistcoats etc.) •Develop the created pattern to a production pattern •Make rating (Base size and size ratio) •Improve Acutest ratings •Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation •Perform other tasks as needed.
