- Department: Ground Handling - Location: Phnom Penh International Airport ** General Responsibilities: - Shall provide services to all passengers and ensures that their needs are being fulfilled in accordance with baggage services lost & found procedure; - Shall inform the passengers clearly about the Lost & Found process regarding their difficulties; - Shall prioritize services to passengers based on airlines procedures; ** Working Conditions: - Working on shift (flexible working schedule rotating within 24h/7d); - Wearing Uniform and individual safety equipment; - Subject to Security/Safety certification prior to the employment.
