j) Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) - Follow up fabric shipment on time and update fabric report - Follow up & pushing fabric for added order ETA PGL before drop line, any late arrival need to inform and align with planning and fabric team at CSC for solution with capture extra cost to MER. - Do pre-cutting report: 1- (base on PO) to know fabric order and received enough or not 2- (Based on actual YYE) to know fabric has enough or over to share info. to MER for propose over ship if needed - Check PGL Net-YYE variance CSC Net-YYE to confirm approval from CSC if over. - Check and sign of short in rolls from cutting request with report to CSC & follow up fabric enough to cover order or need replacement before line drop. - Checking QA fabric/inspect report (Quality/weigh/width/GSM/Shrinkage & W/H report (weight)) if found over tolerance must inform CSC to work with fabric mill & for replacement fabric. - Follow up fabric defected or reject from QA with CSC and Top management approval before release to PRN with instruction or do replacement. - Checking defected garment report /inspect report inform CSC for replacement if still lacking. - Follow up replenish fabric in PGL on time. - Update report and follow with cut planner to MU. - Update PRN / CSC issue log. k) Key Results/Key Performance Indicators - Follow up fabric ETA on time hit rate - Control fabric usage and maximize shipment - Consolidate all information and report for fabric defected to claim fabric mill - Control PGL YYE don't over CSC YYE
