• Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofi’s active and potential customers • Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor and manager • Propose to develop indicators that measure the desired customer service levels in order to monitor and control the desired service levels in the touch points • Maintain accurate and organized customer files • Work with related department to assist in following up with any issues • Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean • Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand • Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available for selling • Providing daily, weekly and monthly sale reports, customers’ visited showroom to supervisor and manager • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.

• Graduated Bachelor degree, major in Marketing or relevant • Good in English and Chinese (Both of speaking and writing) • Computer Literacy Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint • Good presentation skill & Strong internal personal skills.
