- Execute retail concepts and develop Stacking Plans for all shopping malls - Learn about specialty leases, including lease renewals, budgets, market rent - Develop work parameters (plans, budgets, targets and resource allocations) and to ensure that these can achieve set objectives. - Communicate values, behaviors and Best Practices expected a professional team. - Disseminate information in a clear and concise manner by using communication tools to foster communication within the business. - Ensure all policies, procedures and methodologies are adhered to. - Provide support to ensure division deadlines and objectives are met. - Work closely with other team members. - Work through issues until all outstanding matters are resolved. - Seek feedback and / or information on market performance. - Interact with prospective tenants. - Monitor tenants’ turnover performance to ensure overall turnover objective of the Mall is met.
