1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Processing daily top up and reimburse for dealer, agent, dispute causes and retail Store -Keep track on transaction pending and follow up dealer and agent to clear all those transactions -Primary solving problems that causes from dealers, agents and Sales Team -Caching new member -Handle contacting with bank when we are having problem or not receiving auto e-mail -Contact with IT when DID of dealer/agent error cannot top up -Produce payment request form and submit to finance when hot lines out of balances -Producing daily report -Perform other tasks assigned by Top Up Executive and line manager.

2. Qualification & Requirements: -Study in Accounting or finance field -Experience in finance field is priority -Fresh graduate encourage to apply -Willing to learn -Experience in Microsoft office (Word & Excel...) -Honest and patient
