- To be responsible for all operational function related to Purchasing starting from PO issuance until shipment is received timely. - To monitor order status from time to time to ensure delivery time meets the requirement date. - To keep management and other key stakeholders inform on any changes affecting supply. - To closely monitor and follow with suppliers on issue to speed up the delivery as per schedule. - To plan and schedule local delivery to meet requirement date. - To work closely with supply planning and other stakeholders to ensure continuity in supply. - Create procurement policy and workflow for hole purchasing department - Find strategy to save the company cost for all kind any pay - Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.

- Have bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent - Be at least 3 years of experiences in purchasing field (Local & Oversea) - Last experience in construction material is a plus - Have good knowledge at problem solving, management, dealing with supplier - Be good in Microsoft office - Be good communication both in Khmer and Chinese, English is a plus - Be patient, flexible and passion in work commitment
