• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. • Take sale orders via phone, fax, email, Skype etc., and hand over the ordering information to Invoicing Officers within timely manner • Provide product, pricing and delivery information to customers • Provide updated information related to the sale order such as delivery time and status to the customers and sale representatives. • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution where possible • Maintain customer relationship

Jobs Requirement

• Comprehensive reading, writing both Khmer and English and arithmetic skills required. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to persuade and influence others, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames • Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in relevant functions of Sage system.
