The Check Out Manager is fully responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling all related Check Out activities. Maintains high level of customer service at all times. Closely monitors cash sales and shrinkage level from theft, damage, or cashier errors. Oversees safety of cash, equipment maintenance, investigation activities, and cashier’s work schedule. Duties Teach and ensure high level of customer service; display a sense of urgency and present a good example by greeting or thanking customers whenever possible • Ensure that store has sufficient cash register and ready to service customers during working hours to avoid queuing and blocking aisle; maintain cashier queues to 1+2 (no more than 3 customers in a queue) and request assistance from other departments if necessary • Develop and manage manpower plan to match with gate performance and ensure that the store has sufficient employees according to sales, peak time, and efficiency target • Communicate with customers when one-day shopping pass is presented by explaining benefit of using member card • Control and Manage Register Tills, Cash Room, Premium Counter • Other task assign by General Manager.

• Graduate of Accountancy or related management fields • At least 3 years’ experience in financial management of retail department
