Jobs Description

- Responsible to manage, organize, and implement on the operations of the branch; develop and implement on objectives, and operation strategies for branch; - Manage the overall tasks in order to ensure that every action and the operations of the branch response to the set policies, procedures, and related law and regulations; - Provide day to day direct supervision on the operations of each department in order to ensure effectiveness and transparency; - Responsible to set up financial plan of the branch in accordance with the master development plan as well as the master operational plans of the company; - Responsible for the monthly operation report to the Manager; - Implement on the internal auditing works of the branch as well as the company; - Manage and monitor on the implementation of salary payment of the branch; - Marketing plan based on expansion in all contracts and follow-up on the branches. - Follow up complaints and coordinate with operations to improve the customers’ satisfaction. - Set up plan for customers not paying or fees too low. - Push new agreements with an action plan of targeted sectors validated by NOM/GM. - Analyze tariffs to compare with sub decree. - Insure GAEA good image, during price negotiation from staff complaint management. - Retain and train all staff at branches team building and events. - Manage, organize, and implement on the services fee collection process according to the daily, weekly, and monthly target. - Manage and plan on the process of services fee collection in order to meet the yearly revenue objective of the branch. - Lead and implement on services fee negotiation processes with customers in order to enforce the services fee tariff and/or the fee set by the branch. - Control on the process of services fee collection through monitoring, following up, and visiting directly on outstanding invoices. - Ensure the correctness of the customer information in each block (name, address, category, picture, and fee etc.). - Ensure transparency in services fee collection, customer information, and other related administrative documents (invoice, minute of negotiation, and the information within the database). - Responsible for direct communication with customers (provide information related to the company, information on solid waste collection and transportation, and other services). - Responsible for the development on the services coverage area in order to make sure that the areas for the services are suitable in term of economic factor, the company’s strategies, infrastructure conditions, the company manpower, and other related factors. - Other management assignment assigned by GM.

Jobs Requirement

- At least Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance and or Customer Service. - Minimum 2 years working experience in the managerial levels in the mentioned area and or related. - Honest, highly responsible and reliable - Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel). - Ability to manage multi-tasks. - Good communicator with good negotiation skill and possess strong decision-making skills. - Good skills in contract and report writing both in Khmer and English - Good ability in English speaking and report writing - Fluent in Khmer with good ability in translating the document from English to Khmer and Khmer to English. - Able to work independently or as a team - Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
