- Reviews, implements and maintains accounting systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to the Company’s policies and procedure. - Update communication with other functions regarding changes of Accounting System’s policies and procedures. - Manages period end closing to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. - Coordinate and problem solving for all subordinators to perform duties. - Check purchase request and payment request. - Manages the processing of ledger entry to ensure the completeness, validity, and accuracy in calculation and accounting treatments of the transactions. - Prepare payment. - Handle cash on hand. - Manage cash deposit schedule with cash in transit agent. - Make relationship with the bank. - Maintains account and finance document filling. - Control all monthly billing, price, and other customer information. - Handle procurement process for purchase at office needs. - Prepare monthly tax declaration. - Other tasks required by manager.
