• The Fresh Manager is responsible for managing and accountable for all aspects of the Fresh Food operation of the store. • The Fresh Manager will be in charge of the department sales and profit generation while minimizing stock level and maximizing efficiency, managing shrinkage to budgeted targets. • The Fresh Manager is required to train, manage and coach section managers and supervisors, oversee the inventory and ordering of product and supplies, and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and facilities. • The Fresh Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary food service environment (GMP Requirements). • Other task assign by Store General Manager.

• Bachelor degree (in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or Hospitality) is preferable—not essential • Leadership of minimum of 4 years of experience as Fresh Food Department in a reputable supermarket, food service, or relevant • English communication is preferable.
