1. Responsible for facilitating the collaborative team effort between operations, sales, and also revenue management for the hotel 2. Responsible to develop, implement, including Sales Strategies, Pricing, Yield Management the Operations 3. Provide the highest quality guest service product, a positive work environment for employees; maintaining programs vital to the Ren Resort culture 4. Ensure brand standards are met 5. Create an employment experience by recruiting as well as training team members providing an opportunity for professional development 6. Responsible to direct as well as develop the performance of all department managers plus their respective departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage, Kitchen. 7. Accounting, People Services, Restaurants and Revenue & Sales to make sure the highest level of guest employee satisfaction 8. Maximize the financial performance of the hotel by creating a great work environment that allows team to deliver exceptional guest service 9. Manage business relationships, maintenance of the physical asset, and also overseeing the financial operational performance of the property to make sure that it prospers 10. Reply to all customer feedback in a professional manner with detailed explanation as well as taking actions on guest complaints 11. Ensure overall operation in all hotel department is smooth and manageable

Jobs Requirement

1. Read Daily report before arriving, follow up with each department regarding issues and points that need doing. 2. Full walk round of property several times a day 3. Analyze rates and occupancy. 4. Check rates and occupancy are selling correctly for the day and rest of week. 5. Check F&B reports and sales and voids for previous day. 6. Check breakfast, staffing correct, buffet look good, and Area looks good. Catch up with guests. 7. Oversee check outs – check guest satisfaction and say goodbye to guests 8. Check arrival rooms and ensure they are fit to be sold. Spot check vacant rooms too and pass work on to housekeeping and maintenance to upgrade. 9. Check laundry and ironing are prioritizing correctly and ensure they have enough linen 10. Check maintenance days plans and their progress 11. Check lunch service, ensure team are working efficiently, restaurant, bar, beach and kitchen clean and operating correctly. 12. Catch up with guests, check satisfaction. 13. Ensure all staff are working efficiently 14. Ensure all rooms are coming back in time (ready before 2pm) 15. Greet new arrivals, welcome to the hotel 16. Approve any purchase requests – ensure that anything requested is needed. Analyze purchases 17. Sign off invoices from accountant and go through daily accounts with accountant 18. Analyze revenue and expense each day 19. Check GM E-mails. 20. Oversee reservation inbox and info inbox throughout the day. Spot check reservations are inputted correctly. Check e-mails that are being sent are to standard and with excellent quality of English. Make sure FOM is confident with guest emails and requests. When FOM is not here you need to respond to all emails. 21. Oversee all Group Bookings and VIP bookings. Ensure that everything is correct 22. Walk round as much as possible and check on all guests and all staff ensure they are all working to maximum efficiency 23. Training and retraining on at least one topic with one
