• To be available on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency incident. • To provide day-to-day technical support of the site and ensure that the company’s reputation is in a high-quality service standard. • To perform the maintenance works for the efficient running of the property, and compliance with the rules and policies. • To maintain good public relations with clients, owners and tenants of the property. • To Assist the fit-out works, reinstatement works and ensure the work complies with both the internal rule and regulation of property. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. • To record utilities usage and provide to accounting with timeline • To fix all the issues relating to MEPF equipment. • Monitoring and servicing the CCTV system. • Servicing and repairing any electrical wiring, breakers or electrical equipment. • Perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services. • Perform handyman services such as replacement of light bulbs, painting, etc. • Replace washers, faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment; repair leaky faucets and clean clogged drains; install and repair sprinklers. • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. • Maintain and monitor efficient function of the air-conditioning and other mechanical and electrical systems of the common area. • Responsible for alerting the Property Management of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur. • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company and government guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance Dept or a related area. • Knowledge of MEPF, ELV is a plus • Knowledge of customer relation management • Good in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in Khmer.
