• In charge of process equipment, Food industrial operation and plant facilities; • Manage preventive maintenance of the machines; • Manage department resources in efficient way to achieve targets; • Analyze machine downtime losses and take necessary corrective action plan to improve production efficiency; • Lead internal process improvement projects; • Evaluate the work and the resource usage, provide the comment if needed; • Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices; • Manage engineering team, incl. staff training and development; • Responsible for Environment, Health and Safety Department.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering; • 2 or 3 years working experience in Mechanical field , preferably in food Industry; • Good at English; • Good at computer skills; • Good practical technical knowledge & safety awareness; • Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
