- Look after all key channel sales under assigned territory - Provide on-job training and supervise the functional expertise subordinates - Design sales and distribution model to fit with the business growth year-on-year planning - Prepare work plan for sales and distribution team to perform better - Pricing management of all key channels and trade promotion implementation in like with trade and brand guideline - Work on sales and distribution cost and recommend for the best practice - Ensure delivery result is met with the set target and in line with trade and company's objective

- At least Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing - Experience to supervise team - At least 3 year sales experience with FMCG - Willing to travel and work hard - Experience in creating and designing the distribution model in FMCG company - Possess strong selling skills - Experience set up KPIs for team members - Good communication skill in Khmer and English
