- Set the Bank targets and defines strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually. - Make and update business continuity plans to improve Bank Business. - Produce business achievement and development report to management team and shareholders. - Plan, design and implement product development package, both new/enhancement. - Plan, design and implement challenge, campaign and promotion to all departments and braches in line with marketing objective and strategies. - Plan for new branch expansion and bank development project (Short, Medium and Long) - Provide solution to improve Department and Branches operational efficiency. - Oversee the compliance and risk management function of the bank. - Manage and issue the proposal and memorandum on behalf of Management Team. - Assist to conduct task road-map/briefings for product launches and training. - Monitor competitor’s market intelligence, bench marking against competitors and global industry. - Assist with related department to review standard operating procedure and issue guidelines for new product and service. - Liaise with other department to collect necessary data, information, report supported for improvement process. - Review and have suggestion to improve the Bank operational process/procedure at HO and Branches. - Write, update and map process, workflow and procedure. - Support in planning and implementation operation procedure. provide knowledge coaching where necessary.

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications; - Local Candidate is priority; - At least 1 years work experience in related field with the banking job (Priority); - Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player; - Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills; - Willing to work under pressure; - Good command of written and spoken English, - Computer literacy ** Note: Interested candidates please send your CV (Not bigger than 1mb) with recent photo and named file as Mr. XXX’s CV to the following address.
