- Carry on the recruitment process and make sure the right talents are placed for the right job - Prepare monthly payroll, allowance, overtime and other benefits and ensure all necessary documents are well organized and completed - Prepare monthly report of employee movement, monthly expense, accident, insurance claiming, blacklist, and so on - Consult and advice to staff in job-related issues such as job performance, complaints, suggestion, and handle employee relation issues - Implement, coordinate and propose for improvements on internal rule, policies, and procedures - Facilitate planned training programs and implement individual development plan - Lead and manage employee engagement programs - Maintain in-depth of legal requirements related to day-to- day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance - Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity retention.

- Bachelor or Master Degree of Management, Law or Business Administration - At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in human resources and industrial relations field - Experience managing HR operation in hospitality (hotel) industry - Good command of spoken and written English, and good communication skill - Possessing strong commitment, discipline, self-motivate, confident, independent, result-oriented and can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure - Strong leadership and people management skills - Strong team work and problem solving skills - Male or Female (female talents are encouraged to apply)
