- Ensure the highest level of professionalism are maintained in providing the guests with consistent service quality and coordinate all major tasks that affect the overall operation of the restaurant - Make sure the quality service standard in the restaurant is delivered to meet guest expectation - Communicate closely with chef to exchange and update all the information related to guest requirements - Handle with the guest promptly and professionally to make sure no complaint about food and beverage is reported - Strike to maximize the profit in the restaurant and reduce as much cost as possible - Fulfill the tasks and demonstrate the restaurant SOP or guidelines efficiency

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields - At least 3 years relevant experience in restaurant management - Passionate and possess strong knowledge about food and beverage - Demonstrate the ability to lead the team and smoothly control the restaurant operation - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill - Good command of spoken and written English, and good communication skill - Experience abroad is preferable - Male or Female (female talents are encouraged to apply)
