- Manage all related sales channel : distributors, wholesalers, MEP and others channel in respective region - Manage all distributors, wholesalers, MEP in respective region to ensure they are handle all portfolio & healthy profitable - Ensure that all distributor and wholesalers are compliance with Agreement - Review distributors investment to ensure that they are all have enough capital investment to meet Company Growth - Ensure delivery is meet customers satisfaction - Ensure that all wholesalers do not abuse pricing - Build good relationship with wholesalers and distributors - Maintain weekly stability to cover all daily, weekly and month sales volumes and cash plan - Able to be mobile for the role rotation which is part of career development

- Bachelor’s degree/ MBA - Language competency (Khmer and English) - At least 5 years in the similar role - Strong Presentation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and negotiation skills
