PLEASE SEND YOUR CV to recruit.hk@carters.com Responsibilities • Fit / Pre-production sample evaluation and approval • Provide technical advices to vendor, internal and external customers • Preview Fit sample before dispatching to Atlanta for approval • Evaluate and approve Fit sample for Agent Approval program • Evaluate and approve Pre-production samples • Provide technical advice / guidance to vendor • Generate fit comment report in PDM / PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system • Check and alter paper pattern when needed • Attend Line review meeting, proactively work with vendors and sourcing team to resolve potential issues • Measure sample, check sample construction and workmanship to ensure the products are met the brand standard and requirements

• Good communications skills fluency in spoken/written English • Be a team player and be open minded • College or University degree in clothing or textile is preferred • At least 4 years working experience in similar capacity in the garment industry, preferably with past children/baby wear background but not essential • Must have sound knowledge in pattern and fit • Previous web PDM / PLM experience is an advantage • Previous working experience in a sourcing office is desired
