Jobs Description

• Point of Sale Materials (POSM) control: o POSM stock planning, control and production request in line with business needs. o Support the Agent Network team on ensuring that all agents have suitable materials provided in good time, and manage distribution of POSM accordingly. o Support the Business Development team with POSM distribution for retail outlets. o Work with Smart Marketing team on POSM materials (artwork, production, storage) • SmartLuy Agent shop signage: o Ensure suppliers install/maintain/remove shop sign as needed. o Ensure suppliers conduct site surveys correctly. o Raise purchase requests and orders accordingly. • Involve with Smart Events team for: o Managing freelancer KPIs & performance. o Preparation of SmartLuy materials to support event. o Reconciliation of wallets with Finance team where necessary. • Field visits with supplier and/or SmartLuy Agent Network team to ensure all POSM installations are good quality and any issues settled. • Meetings with Smart Procurement team, Marketing team, and suppliers where relevant to SmartLuy POSM. • Support within the SmartLuy Operations Team on: o User Acceptance Testing after system changes. o Supporting dispute case resolution for customers. o Escalation of issues to Manager & IT and/or software vendors as necessary • Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required by SmartLuy Operations Manager • Any other task as assigned by the SmartLuy Operations Manager

Jobs Requirement

A. Academic Qualification: • Degree or higher in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications or in a related field. B. Skills required: • Strong problem solving skills and ability to automate operational procedures • Strong customer focus • Sound knowledge of accounting/auditing standards and taxation principles • Capacity to innovate, creating new policies, processes and structures for internal channels. • Excellent computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite) • Affinity towards entrepreneurship, understanding potential benefits of mobile technology to low-income populations. • Familiarity with latest mobile technology payment solutions • Ability to develop and analyse financial/business data; • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with the flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; and • A proven track record for personal and professional integrity • Self-driven and highly motivated. • English and Khmer fluency. C. Working Experience: • 2+ years of experience in a related commercial field: POSM and stock management, marketing, reporting or other financial services. • Proven ability of critical thinking and dispute handling both in operation and technical.
