• Prepare daily payment voucher (PV) and other supporting • Prepare advance voucher (AV) and its detail supporting documents • Prepare transfer voucher (TV) and its detail supporting documents • Prepare receipt voucher (RV) for other supporting • Prepare journal voucher (JV) for other supporting • Prepared documented for monthly tax declaration and annual tax calculation and declaration • Prepared daily costing production sheet and tracking supporting documents • Check and review for completion file and supporting documents of accounting report • Prepared monthly cash and bank and advance reconciliation • Prepared monthly inventory and stock items reconciliation • Prepared and tracking monthly intercompany statement and confirmation balance • Prepared monthly fixed asset reconciliation and depreciation • Prepared other account list reconciliation (Account Receivable, Account Payable and other Asset) • Any and all other responsibilities that may be assigned by Management

• Male or Female with age 18-30 years old • Bachelor degree in Accounting • Min 0-2 year experiences in Accounting field • Good command of spoken and written English. • Flexibility and willing to learn and cope with pressure • Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills • Can use computer well Ms. Word, Excel,and Internet & Email.
