1- Installation Technician - setup a new windows - setup programs by customers' requirement. - setup anti-virus - All programs to be set on new PCs. - Acknowledge of all up-to-date software - other task by manager -Solve the problem from Customer 2- Hardware technician - Able to know some programs of computer - Fix and maintenance all parts (Spare Parts) - Good knowledge to fix all hardware of PC such as - HDD, VGA, CPU, GPU, Ram, Power Supply, LCD, Screens & Monitors, Main and/or Mother boards, USB Hub and Slots, Keyboards, Fans, etc. - Potential to one who has knowledge of electronic fixing
