•Ensure the safety of students inside the school •Oversee the drop off and pick up procedures •In charge of snack time and lunch time procedures •Supervise the work of Teaching assistants outside the classroom •Supervise the work of school cleaners •Handle parent feedback and complaints relating to TAs •Develop/enhanced school procedures (i.e. school supplies, library, lunch service) •Serve as a communication portal between parents and school •Communicate with parents regarding student incidents (i.e. sick, injuries) •Handle First Aid Room (i.e. when students get sick, and inventory) •Recruit/Train/Supervise Teaching Assistants, and cleaners, guards, drivers

• Age 30+ • Degree in Human Resource Management • Previous managing experience in school setting is an asset • Strong communications skills (Khmer) • Able to produce team work • Good public speaking skill • Good command in written and spoken English. • Able to interact confidently at all levels. • Team oriented • Good networking skills • Computer literate in Microsoft software
