Position Summary: The firm seeks a motivated and committed advisor to join our fast-growing Cambodia office. Key Responsibilities Include: •Preparing, drafting, reviewing, and providing consultancy for trademark, patent and other matters related to intellectual property, including enforcement of intellectual property rights •Conducting trademark and/or patent searches, infringement analysis, and freedom-to-operate searches and analysis •Responding to inquiries regarding new application procedures/estimated costs, renewal procedures/estimated costs, and related matters •Formulating strategies, and providing opinions and analytical responses to client requests for intellectual property advice, and acting as a client contact •Preparing and delivering presentations for associations, conferences, conventions, and individuals; writing articles; and participating in various conferences •Performing other necessary tasks related to Intellectual Property matters, and other administrative tasks

•Law degree, with a focus on Intellectual Property •Minimum 2 years of work experience (although exceptional candidates with less work experience will be considered) in legal or business consultancy in Cambodia, ideally related to Intellectual Property matters, or a participant in the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Program or other competitive scholarship programs. •Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills •Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills •Excellent problem-solving ability and strong commitment to client service •Willingness to travel as needed.
