- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the Restaurant/Bar and Outdoor Catering - Promoting sale from outside to create revenue for indoor and Outdoor Catering and Restaurant - Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. - Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes. - Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food and beverage control and sales. - Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development. - Planning and coordinating menus. - Responding to customer complaints regarding to Restaurant, Outdoor Catering, Food and Beverage with Proper Manner. - Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with Senior Management. - Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations. - Advising customers on menu and wine choice. - Identify and delegate responsibility to operation Manager and staff to ensure objective are meet and excellence service is constantly achieved. -Training and motivating staff. - Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. - Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.

- Bachelor degree in marketing skill or related field - At least 3 to 4 years working experiences in sales and marketing in Food and Beverage Position - Excellent commination, networking and customer service skills. - Ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people. - Good organizational skills. - Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. - Computer Skill (Basic) and well understand with the system use for Restaurant. - Strong communication skills. - Very Good in English Language.
