 Monitor and examine all technical works and site management;  Check works in compliance with drawing and meet standard  Coordinate and supervise construction work at the site;  Check & Revise/Detail/Shop drawing for all technical work;  Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim;  Monitoring daily on the contractor/sub‐contractor’s work;  Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project;  Evaluate and recommend material substitutions and correspondences to all concerned parties.  Time management and construction schedule report;  To provide on‐going and continuous contractual advice during construction to ensure that all parties strictly adhere to the contract;  Verify and sign all wages for workers;

 A bachelor's Degree in MEP;  Minimum of 2 year work experience in construction projects;  Must have strong Mechanical Engineering skills in the area of Electrical and Plumbing;  Must understand the complete function of Electrical and Plumbing system;  Witnessing of all MEP system testing and performance of all systems and installations;  Computer proficiency within MS Office (Word, Excel, and Project) and AutoCAD;  Able to identify, analyses and solve problems;  Able to work independently and accept responsibility  Hard working and be able to work under pressure  Excellent communication skill in Khmer and/or English
