• Oversee and manage field sales supervisors & sales force for fixed broadband service for Smart including door to door agents and booking fulfillment. • To lead, guide and manage a team of direct reports to ensure below roles and responsibilities are achieved. • Achievement of monthly broadband sales target as assigned by the company. • Hire, train, coach and discipline door to door broadband sales and fulfillment team. • Oversee operational activities of broadband sales force, monitor day to day performance and increase sales force effectiveness. • Door to door sales route planning and ensure sales team executes as per plan. • Ensure device stock level is sufficient to support day to day sales activities. • Coordination with external agency to ensure sufficient agent pool. • Timely identification and escalation of operational issues. Sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management.

• Advanced skillset in Microsoft Suite of products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio) • At least 5 years of experience in sales management • Sales team management • Coaching and leadership • Project management • High attention to details
