The Secret Garden at Otres Beach is a family run hotel with a popular beachfront restaurant. We are currently looking for a hands-on manager to run our busy restaurant. Responsibilities will include: Managing a team of 10 staff Customer service and problem solving Scheduling Beverage ordering Special events planning Maintaining a great relationship with guests and staff alike

Jobs Requirement

The perfect candidate will be energetic, friendly and a team player. Experience with Westerners is a must, as well as excellent communication skills. At least 2 years experience preferred. Cambodian preferred, but all applications considered!
