- Assist the accountant to prepare the petty cash and check payment - Check all of Resorts inventories such as in the rooms, storage, restaurant, minibar and kitchen - Prepare up to date of Assets listing to make sure it is reconciled end of month to the QuickBooks - Label on Assets code of new assets purchasing - Verify of all assets the end of month in order to make sure it is in place - Closing the month end inventories in the mini bar, restaurant, kitchen and storage to make sure it is in place - Prepare report to purchase inventories once it is closely running out of stock - Verify the purchase order with the invoice and delivery note to make sure it is correct - Filing the payment and petty cash documents in order - Daily deposit the money into the bank - Supervise Accountant Assistant - Report to Accountant and owner - Other tasks as assigned by Accountant and owner

- Bachelor of accounting, finance or related fields or at least high school graduate - At least 1 years of experience in accounting/finance and cost control - Skillful in QuickBooks - Proficient in Ms office and outlook - Able to operate and communicate with all levels of management and staff within the Company - Good problem solving - Self-motivated - Good comment of English - Good English handwriting Application Information Interested candidates please send your CV & Cover Letter with expected salary for using contact detail below.
