** F&B Captain SCOPE OF ROLE: Overall responsibility to assist and ensure that the Lounge Operations is in order effectively, including all aspects of service, monitoring operations procedure, manage team members, monitor guest satisfactions. - Reports to Sous Chef, Lounge Supervisor/Manager - To ensure efficiency and smooth operations - To ensure company policies, work procedures and systems are followed. - To train other staff, in accordance with the Company’s codes of conduct, policies and procedure from time to time. - To ensure Company’s resources are utilised in an efficient and effective manner. - To oversee the daily operations of all Lounges and F&B outlet. - To serve guests with a pleasant and friendly attitude; deliver the highest standard of service to our guests. - To maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. - To provide food and drink recommendations to guests. - To welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company’s standard - To cooperate and work in a team towards the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. - To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. ** F&B Crew SCOPE OF ROLE: Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen, food related areas, cooking equipment and utensil, and to support the preparation and production of kitchen operations. - Reports to the Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor - To be responsible for the daily smooth operation of the food & beverages section. - To ensure the high quality and consistency of the food served. - To ensure the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food handling. - To ensure replenishment food at the food counter includes beverages and etc. - To clear and clean all tables after being use by the guest. - To maintain and to keep clean the food counters at all times. - To ensure that the areas where the goods are kept are kept clean at all times. - To cooperate and work in a team towards development implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. - To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate
