- Serving visitors, greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them to the appropriately person/place. Offering them soft drink. - Answering the phone call, screening and transferring to the appropriate person or the department. - Receiving and sorting daily mail and letter, then send to the direct person or department. - Record for all incoming and outgoing visitor, letters and phone call in to log book. - Oversee stationary, issue stock and record regularly. Report every end of the month. - Photo copying, scan, fax, and type documents in Khmer and English as need. - Handle car, motor, and meeting room booking and recording into log sheet/schedule. - Ensure the front desk areas are clean up safe and good view. - Any other tasks as assign by manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Graduated Bachelor Degree or Under Graduated in Business Management or related field - Good communication in English both, spoken and written and Chinese is a plus - Having Experience of Receptionist at least 2 years - High commitment and self-directed - Able to work under pressure and process good time management skill - Strong communication and problem solving skill - Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, - Must be honest, hard-working and able to work independently - Flexible for timing
