Responsibilities: 1.To understand the customer's sampling process, testing requirement and its cost. 2.Over see a merchandising team. 3.Manage team to get product sample and materials approval on time for production. 4.Ensure order profitablility, by managing team to purchase the right material quality at the right cost and delivery on time for production. 5.Sourcing for new suppliers. 6.Take care of customer visit to factory.

Job scope: Order Confirmation (SOC) 1.To create SOC with order details such as itemize material cost, SMV, CM Cost, Transportation cost, picture, generate company number and send to COO for approval in ERP. Product Development Sampling Process 1. Product development sampling must suits our factory capabilities and business and production strategy plan. 2. To provide T & A and material supplier's information to the assigned Merchandiser. Purchase 1.To source for latest materials, embellishment, wet /dry process trend cost. 2.To look into BOM-fabric consumption, mini marker, fabric specification and unit price for correctness before verifying fabric PO (MPO) and send for Sourcing & Costing Manager /COO approval in ERP. Requirements: 1.University graduation degree or above, fluently English spoken & writing 2.At least 8 years merchandising in garment fashion area, 3years manager level. 3.Good communication skill. 4.Active & responsibilities, can work under pressure. 5.Station in Cambodia. 6.Immediate available is preferred.
