Jobs Description

** Description/purpose: S/he will responsible to manage COF administration, procurement, logistic, finance & account and HR procedure. S/he will also responsible to assist General Director to COF budget & planning. ** Dimension/Scope of job This position will manage COF product and stores. Also, s/he will work directly with companies, partner, clients, relevant ministry COF staff and under supervison of GD, ** Main Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market analysis in order to created keys of market segment strategy • Conduct market survey and analyze data through comparison price, quality, quantity and products for COF’s segment • Analyze key market trends in order to reach COF’s prospected customer and clients • Assist GD to study detail on buying patterns and competition • Analyze risk management to enhance COF sale strategy 2. Build networking with targeted potential companies and customers aim to promote COF’s products • Create contacted list of potential companies or customers • Contact at least Prospected 10 companies and 20 customer per month and at least 2 companies and 4 customer are converted to be COF’s partners or client • Maintain COF’s partners or clients through meeting/phone call/email at least once per months • Work with GD to establish COF visibilities and communication tools once per quarterly 3. Enhance COF breed horse selling capacity to hit 40% per year • Organize horse racing event at least once per months • Develop to event to be more attractive through improve quality service • Increase the number of visitors at least 20% per event • Organize horse exhibition at least once per year through cooperate COF partners and steakholder 4. Design sale strategy for COF to hit 30% per year throught organize promotion events/campaign at least one per month • Organice organic product advisory committee through invite clients or representative of campanies to visit COF’s farm at least once per quarterly • Analyze pricing of COF product in order to hit • Draft recommendation from client to share with production team • Work with GD to set up sale objective by monthly, quaterily and yearly • Organize COF’s organic products exhibition at least once per year through cooperate with COF’s parterns, steakholders, relevant ministry. 5. Adminstrative tasks • Create supportive tools or documents to ensure agri-production working progess • Prepare plan for purchasing items, tools, equipment and other machinery through consult with GD • Assit GD to draft yearly budget and planning for sale & Marketing department once per yearly • Regular submit monthly report to GD 6. Others: • Respect COF’s value • Do any task which assing by manager to organization’s goal • Work under pressor • Willing to learn new things

Jobs Requirement

** Problem Solving: Work directly with production team and customers to seek sale volume, issue and required an ability to interpret those aspects and provide advices to COF management ** Communications: S/he will communicate to companies, clients/customers, buyers, partners and stakeholders. S/he will report to GD as monthly. ** Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes: • University degree in Sale, Marketing, social, internation relation or relevant field • At least 4 year experience in field of sale & marketing, communication, agriculture business • Dedicate to organic and food security promoting
