- Conduct the recruitment assessment of children and families according to PSE criteria in their intervention zones. - Conduct follow-up visits to families in time and properly register information in PSE systems. - Handle to families’ requests, propose solutions to social managers - Follow-up absences cases in time and propose solutions to social managers and schools. - Be able to propose and manage events / projects in the communities - Communicate all needed information to Social Management for reporting needs. - Control rice distribution every week - Actively participate to the yearly objectives and monitoring with the Social Manager, actively participate to trainings proposed for team or personal development
