A. Responsibilities Working in the Operations Department and being under the supervision and monitoring of the Operations Department Manager, the PR & Administration Executive is responsible for, but not limit to, the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Public Relation - Coordinate the nomination for local & international workshop/event. - Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies; - Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople; - Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email; - Researching, writing and distributing speeches, press releases to targeted media; - Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Website and Facebook; - Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. 2. Administration * Recruitment and Hiring - Analyse, plan and manage the recruitment and hiring process to ensure that HR services meets the needs of association’s work plan - Prepare all documentation to support recruitment and hiring - Prepare announcements for recruitment - Supervise the induction of all new employees - Review all job descriptions prior to advertising with HoDs - Prepare an HR Work Plan * Compensation and Benefits  - Produce payroll calculations for all staff, including the compulsory insurances and NSSF - Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations - Produce staff leave and payment calculations *Performance Appraisals - Assist all staff with conducting annual employee performance appraisals - Staff exits management & Interview - Assist CAMFEBA to maintain and implement the Compliance & Action Guideline, the Staff Handbook and management rules - Assist in processing the staff recruitment & selection - Assist CAMFEBA to solve employee conflicts and to develop effective communication between CAMFEBA & their employees  * Administration - Maintain CAMFEBA’s preferred procurement contact list - Assist with any training that is identified - Assist in preparing any reports as required by the BOD, staff and/or donors - Assist in translation English/Khmer and Khmer/English as required - Any other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration in HR Management or General Management or related field - Minimum one year experience in HR and/or Administration - Excellent in Khmer and English in reading, writing and oral both in writing and speaking - Strong problem solving and negotiation skills - Knowledge of Cambodian labour Law - Good communication skills with people from multi-cultural, multi-national backgrounds - Strong interpersonal skills - Good presentation skills - Fluent in Khmer typing, Unicode typing - Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email) Interested applicants should submit their CV and Cover Letter by email to hr@camfeba.com Please do not send certificates or copies of testimonials.
