- Being responsible for logistics functions and coordinating with the sales team - Handling import/export documents - Being responsible for preparing export documents and coordinating with shipping company to arrange for export or import shipments - Coordinating with all functions within the company to obtain relevant information - Providing shipping documents to agents as required - Completing other jobs as assigned - Customs clearance, Customs Duty - Survey Logistics cost - Monitor and control all operations at fields - Follow up loading schedule and product supplies - Product supply arrangement for loading products as the schedule - Making sure all documents related to logistics transportation are well organized - Closely contact with customers and contractor for unloading operation - Daily report transportation operation to customers and team - Other tasks as per assigned by superior.

**Job Requirement 1. Must be proficient/familiar twitch customs clearance procedure in the kingdom of Cambodia 2. Must be able to work with clearing agent in order arrange trucking and in land transport. 3. Liaison with the relevant authorities in order to process documents in a timely fashion. 4. Must be able to manage documentation such as Bills of Lading and CO. 5. Must be able to communicate with suppliers in order to get the correct documents in a timely fashion. 6. Must be able to get competitive rates from multiple clearing agents/ liner agents. 7. Must be able to communicate in English. 8. Must be able to provide a cost break down to accounts of shipping and clearing costs. 9. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Logistic' field. 10. Must be proficient in excel. **Position Requirements - Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related fields -More than 2 years of experience in logistic or transportation service -Microsoft office : word , Excel, PowerPoint, other software related to logistic management -Good in English both writing and speaking -Time management, high Flexibility, Team working and communication, Persuasiveness, Technical Skills, an eye for detail, Problem Solving, management Skill.
