. Perform secretarial and office administrative duties . Daily checking all department attendance . Supporting New Hire Orientation activities . Follow up repair and maintenance of office supplies and equipment . Ordering groceries, maid supplies, stationary and medicine. . Enters data and maintains electronic records including the HR information System (HRIS) and timekeeping system. Runs reports as necessary. Audits work to ensure accuracy . Respond to employee questions regarding all HR areas . Check and prepare monthly employees, accommodation and office assets report . Assist in the planning and organization of employee events . Performing other assignments as requested by Executive

- Minimum bachelor degree - 1years related filed working experience - Able to speak and write chinese is a plus - Administrative Writing Skills, - Strong Verbal Communication, - Maintaining Employee Files, - Compensation, Orienting Employees, - Benefits Administration, Interviewing Skills, - Professionalism, Organization, Teamwork, Supply Management. - Other related duties as manager assigned.
