Jobs Description

- Assisting Education Director, Chief of Medical Education and Chief and Deputy Chief of Nursing Education in the running of the medical residents, interns’ and nursing students programmes: including preparing teaching and examination materials, keeping a record of leave, teaching attendance and exam scores, preparing certificates and closing / graduation ceremonies - Help with administration and coordination of short and long courses at AHC and AHC conferences, working with foreign volunteers as required - Communicating with relevant staff members and liaise with other hospital departments on behalf of the education department - Assisting in teaching schedule preparation and classroom/training equipment management - Manage inventory and ordering for office supplies - Keep up-to-date records of all teaching programmes and teaching activities for the Department. - Keep documentary and photographic record of all courses conducted at AHC, edit recorded lectures and sharing those lectures to participants and help to create reports for the Education Department as required. - Involving in examination activities within the department. - Helping to administrate the planned e-learning and distance learning programme. - Manage the AHC library. - Support the medical education officer and perform his duties as required

Jobs Requirement
