- Ensure the operations system and procedures are being practices and followed. - Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints. - Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports. - Support and handle the stocks movement system. - Communicate and work together with Visual Merchandising Team. - Perform administrative task in outlets and HR related matters. - Involve in Projects (stock take, Re-Zoning & New Opening). - Recruit, train, lead and coach subordinates efficiently and effectively.

- With at least 1-2 years of working experience in retail environment. - Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated. - Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours (when required). - Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.
