- Prepare documents for tax declaration: VAT, PPT, Tax on Salary, WHT and Tax on profit - Go to Department of Taxation to submit all documents for tax declaration -Go to banks for tax payment - Prepare/copy all documents for tax audit - Check all Account Ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadline. - Check cash expenditure and daily revenue report to ensure all financial reporting deadline. - Check cash expenditure and daily revenue report to ensure revenue and cash received or paid are correct. - Check purchase request and invoice of vendor before making payment. -Check A/R to ensure outstanding balance must be collected on time. - Daily check Bank and Cash flows to maintain all balance forward. - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

- At least two years experiences. - Be able to use Quickbook, Excel, - Good knowledge of Tax - Be able to speak Chinese
