- Check and control semi-finished products before package - Control RM for batch processing - Check and control product during packaging - Storage the samples - Storage chemical reagent, testing tool - Compliance GMP, HACCP, ISO 17025 - Report the results in the rules form - Random the samples for all QA staffs for checking the quality - Check the recycle of milk production on the stage - Check the running rinse chemicals and chemical equipment used in production - Other tasks/duties assigned by the manager

- Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Agro-Industry, Microbiology, Industry Food, Food Technology or other related majors - Fresh graduate or experience are accepted - Knowledgeable about food processing, technology, quality management - Knowledgeable of Lab testing method, Lab skill - Basic knowledge of dairy technology - Knowledgeable about Food safety, Quality Management System ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO/ IEC 17025. - Competent computer skills for MS Office - Good communication skills and problem solving - Ability to read and understand English documents - Carefully, honestly, quickly.
