- Users’ PCs daily support (applications installation, troubleshooting, disk space management, antivirus protection, printer settings, VPN setup etc) - Application Support and escalate to next level support. - Develop Training for key application and train to the end user - Concept with troubleshooting skill (TPC/IP) and OSI model - New hardware installation - Analogue phones installation and support - Printers check and setup - Submitting of broken equipment to suppliers - Essential LAN setup, cable running, UTP patchcords crimping - Periodical PCs maintenance and general IT environment checks in Phnom Penh and provinces - Other relevant tasks assigned by local ITS - Manage on Incident/Problem/Request - Home Office Support - Field Support - Manage and/or support the project delivery of business and ITS projects that require Help Desk resources - Provide support to the specific local needs of the business that are unique to that entity or region - Business trips are possible.

- University degree in Computer Science or working experience - At least 1 year of experience in IT support or LAN administration - Previous experience in Service Provider business is a plus - Good experience in Windows, OS X, Linux, Cisco, virtualization - Be able to check, diagnose and replace computer hardware - Understanding of networks based on LAN and WAN on TCP/IP - Ability to cope up and enthusiasm with new technology - Ability to understand English (spoken, read and written)
