Grand Arctic Cambodia in Sihanouk Ville is manufacturing spectacle cases and frames. We are looking for a CNC & TECHNICIAN Manager to set up and drive our tooling department (on cases and frames). You will oversee all daily operations of the tooling workshop and CNC production. The successful candidate will have the key skills to set up a brand New CNC and tooling department, train some staff and assistants, and design/write the process to ensure the best productivity and quality. Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and set up the new CNC ( 5 axes as well as 3 axes machines) department. - Train some technicians on the CNC machine ( Programming as well as operating) and run some staff evaluation on a regular basis. - Be responsible for the writing of complete procedures about the CNC department. - Communication with China on new models and tooling requirements. - Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop technical staff - Collect and analyze data to find places of waste - Commit to safety procedures

Requirements: - A Proven working experience as a CNC programmer. - Autonomous. - Willing to push and drive a department. - Not afraid of heavy work loads. - Strong team building.
