Jobs Description

** HR - Prepare, development, and implement procedure of recruitment - Develop and implement HR plan and HRM policies and procedure. - Prepare and coordinate the process of medical claim, insurance claim both insurance company and NSSF. - Make employment contract and follow up probation - Assist in processing of performance evaluation and follow up employee probation. - Filling any related document in the filing system. - Check attendance, record all kinds of leave and make monthly report. - Check overtime and make summary report monthly basic - Responsible for doing monthly payroll - Declare staff movement in/out to the Ministry of labor and Vocational Training - Declaration new staff Khmer and Foreigner - Process Work Book and Work Permit - Prepare letter and other document to complain - HR Monthly Report and OT analysis - To perform other job assigned by Head of Department Administrative - Manage office supplies stock and place orders - Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets - Maintain and update company databases - Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents - Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments - Monitors and maintains supplies. - Book meeting rooms as required - Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) - Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned - Arrange travel and accommodations - Schedule in-house and external events **Salary 450$-550$

Jobs Requirement

- Comprehensive knowledge in Cambodia labor law - Knowledge of accepted human resource and administrative best practices. - Excellent organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. - Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases - Three year experiences within related field - Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai language preferred ** Experience: Must have - At least 3 years’ experience in HR management or related field. - At Least 3 years ‘experience in Administrate management or related field - Advanced computer skill on MS Office, Accounting software and databases - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai language preferred ** Our company compliance by Cambodia labor law.
