Verification of vendor invoices with delivery notes and POs Data entry of vendor invoices into ERP system in a timely manner Process monthly and ad hoc payments Liaise with vendors, buyers or requestors on invoices with discrepancies Monthly reconciliation of vendor’s Statement of Accounts Perform month-end closing, journal entries and reconciliation Other ad hoc reporting and duties as required

Jobs Requirement

Minimum of 5 years of related financial experience in MNCs Detailed and meticulous Proficient in MS Excel Able to meet tight deadlines CAT / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent discipline
