Jobs Description

• Provide general administrative and clerical support such as arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements • Monitor and purchase stationery and other office supplies, and ensure that supplies are kept at an optimum level • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security of the office building and its premises • Carry out routine inspections to ensure that first aid boxes are adequately stocked and that fire extinguishers are correctly maintained • Handle mails and distribute inter-office correspondence to various departments concerned • Provide support on a wide range of administrative tasks such as maintaining and recording official documents, creating employee ID cards, responding to stationary requisitions, managing sim card distribution, etc. • Establish and maintain good filing systems according to the established procedures • Assist line managers in making requests for and follow up on setting up workstation, computer and email system, and stationery for new employees • Assist employees with basic enquiries or services such as updating employee data, creating employee ID, benefit claims, etc.

Jobs Requirement
