Main Responsibilities Salary Range $400 ~ $500 The accountant will be working directly with the project director and with the management team. - Issue Invoice and Receipts - Input all data into Quickbook - Process Account Receivables / Accounts Payables. This includes: o Attaching invoices to printed checks / Receipts o Routing for signature by Project Director o Hard copy files for specific accounts- see Accounts Payable Associates for direction o Preparing weekly deposits and fill out cash control sheet daily - Stock control - Control fixed assets - Reconcile bank statement - Petty cash management - Prepare payroll - Prepare financial statements (Income statement and Balance sheet) - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements, and provide support during litigation involving financial issues, and handle NSSF payment - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Other projects as assigned by Project Director

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. - Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related field - Excellent knowledge of Quickbook - Good understanding of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook - Ability to Multi-task and work in an open office environment - Strong detail orientation - Strong sense of responsibility, organization with positive working attitude For any application, please send your CV to jobs@auraskydevelopers.com
