- Welcome walk-in customers - Response to customer requirement (Complain, demand) - Check ticket and booking ticket (Bus, Mini Bus) - Must report everything to manager - Able to work independently with strong fellow with tenacity - Resolve all of customers demand and complain with patient(Foreigners) - Communication / Interaction with customers and others companies - Attend to accept walk-in, phone, fax and email travel inquiries by clients.

- Good speaking and listening in English - At least one year experience with Tourism company. - High comfort level working in a diverse environment - Able to work under pressure and also odd hours if required - Able to travel as and when is required - Must be hardworking, honest and reliable. - Able to work under pressure and willing to work. - Skills in handling and counting cash. - Be Honest, confident,self balance and hard working. - Be Responsible. - Be Patient, flexible and motivation.
